Truck Transport Driver
Aspen Truck Sales & Leasing is looking for a reliable Truck Transport Driver to join our team.
This position involves driving semi-trucks bobtail across Canada to pick up and deliver units for our dealership. No trailers and no freight hauling.
Requirements
- Class 1 or Class 3 licence with air brake endorsement
- Clean driving record
- Comfortable driving semi-trucks long distances
- Able and willing to travel across Canada
- Must be able to pass drug testing
- Mechanically inclined
- Dependable and able to work independently
- Experience with heavy trucks is an asset
The Job
- Pick up and deliver semi-trucks across Canada
- Bobtail driving only — no trailers
- No loading or unloading freight
- Complete basic inspections before and during trips
- Communicate with the Aspen team regarding pickups, deliveries and any mechanical concerns
- Flat-rate pay based on each trip
