Luminescent Healing is seeking a compassionate Registered Massage Therapist to join our expanding clinic in Spruce Grove. Due to continued growth and increasing client demand, we are looking for an RMT to provide evening and weekend treatments in a calm, supportive environment where both therapists and clients can thrive.

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Is a Registered Massage Therapist in good standing
- Provides evidence-informed, client-centered care
- Values professionalism, compassion, and meaningful client relationships
- Is dependable, self-motivated, and takes pride in their work
- Enjoys collaborating within a supportive team environment
- Wants to grow with an established and expanding clinic
Responsibilities
- Provide professional massage therapy treatments
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide home care recommendations
- Manage bookings, payments, and direct billing
- Maintain a clean treatment room and assist with light shared laundry duties
Requirements
- 2200-hour Massage Therapy Diploma
- Active professional association membership
- Professional liability insurance
- Business licence (City of Spruce Grove)
- Minimum two years of experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
