Initially located out of our Sherwood Park office, moving to the site in 2021, the Maintenance Workflow Data/Scheduler will report to the Supervisor, Planning & Scheduling - Maintenance. This position will assist during the pre-operational phase to prepare maintenance workflows, procedures and data reporting for the operational phase. This will include tasks such as workflow, system, training material development and implementation. During the operational phase they will provide day to day support of the Planning & Scheduling Department by maintaining maintenance workflows, systems, data management, reporting and schedule development/maintenance for maintenance, projects and turnaround.

Key Activities and Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day input to planning, scheduling, maintenance activities through reporting and data management.
Participate in cross functional teams such as plant standards, HSE committees, reliability, business planning.
Must effectively partner with operations, engineering, leadership, maintenance technicians, planners, contractors and other site teams to create cohesive mutually supportive work relationships focused on delivering business results.

Ensure the integrity of the data in the Computerized Maintenance Management System through performing data audits.
Enter equipment history into the Computerized Maintenance Management System using data supplied by contractors and operations.
Enter contractor time data for work orders.
Update task lists and preventive & predictive maintenance plans in Computerized Maintenance Management System using data provided by maintenance reliability
Act as primary point of contact with purchasing and warehouse.
Act as primary point of contact with document control to classify and store documents pertaining to maintenance.
Provide planning & scheduling data reports and analyzation.
Levelling of schedules for prioritization of work and field resource forecasting.
Planning & scheduling development for maintenance, projects and turnaround.
Coding, resourcing and logic of schedules for data reports and determining priorities with a critical path.
Daily schedule updates and sequencing maintenance.
Participate in job hazard assessments, field level hazard assessment, and permitting.
Participate in inspections, field, workflow and system audits.
Participate and facilitate in team, daily/weekly scheduling and organizational meetings.

Education, Skills and Experience:
Ten or more years of industry related petrochemical experience.
Five or more years scheduling experience. Primavera scheduling experience preferred.
Knowledgeable in Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (Maximo, SAP)
Expert skillset in MS Office and data management. General skills (i.e. strong communication skills, good organizational skills, MS Office skills, etc.)
Strong communication and organizational skills.
