In Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), we partner with the business to provide data driven insights to influence business performance.
What you’ll do
As the Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis, you’ll partner with the Operational Efficiency (OE) team and work cross functionally to provide insightful, value-added analysis to deliver sustainable operating efficiency and business productivity.
Work cross functionally with corporate & business unit FP&A teams to provide analytical support to various business partners in identifying and validating value creating opportunities (revenue/cost/process)
Build and sustain monthly, quarterly and annual reporting package for tracking the OE program across CTC including one-time investment requirements, net recurring IBT impact and returns
Partner with initiative owners to build process/capabilities to track the performance of each initiative
Develop executive level story line presentations to highlight the performance of the OE program, key insights and risks/opportunities
Lead a high performing team by ensuring each analyst has clearly defined objectives, understands expectations, and is accountable to delivering results

What you’ve done
University degree in Business, Economics, Accounting/Finance or business related discipline
Accounting Designation or MBA is considered an asset
5+ years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis roles
2+ years of experience in a manager role leading a team
Superior analytical skills with an understanding of cause and affect financials
Ability to clearly and confidently communicate written and verbal recommendations, as well as, articulate trade-offs.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade different points of view.
Admirable time management and self-management skills
