Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven HVAC Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be provided leads to attend in-house appointments and meet with residential clients to assess their current situation & needs while recommending appropriate heating, ventilation, and air conditioning solutions. This role involves interacting with people, building positive, trustworthy relationships before providing the appropriate solutions. The position requires strong customer service and sales skills to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong trust worthy relationships with new and existing customers while working on customer-first approach.
- Conduct in-home or on-site consultations to assess HVAC needs.
- Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and service agreements tailored to customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the installation and service teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction and generate referrals.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software.
Experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a customer-first attitude.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Pay: $86,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
