Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable young hardworking Delivery Helper to join our team.
As a Delivery Helper, you will assist in the safe and efficient delivery of goods to our customers. This is a physically demanding role that requires lifting and working in various weather conditions.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively. Duties:
- Assist the driver in loading and unloading goods off the delivery truck
- Safely transport goods to customer locations using commercial driving techniques
- Follow delivery routes and schedules provided by the dispatcher
- Ensure all delivered items are in good condition and match customer orders
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or questions
- Assist with inventory management in the warehouse as needed
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time
- Valid driver's license with your own vehicle
