Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team in various administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a patient-focused mindset, ensuring that all interactions reflect professionalism and efficiency. This role is essential for maintaining smooth correspondence to both our patients and outside sources.
Duties
- Manage daily office tasks, including answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette and responding to inquiries promptly.
- Utilize internal programs for document creation, exporting correspondence, and communication.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date records.
- Organize and file documents systematically for easy retrieval.
- Provide customer service support by addressing client needs and resolving issues effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and document completion
- Third party invoicing and collection
- Ability to use EMR (Accuro)
- Knowledge of PIPA and HIA regulations
- 2-5 years experience in Medical field essential
- Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
