Squamish City Dentist is seeking a Dental Team Lead to join our growing practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a strong communicator and natural leader who enjoys working with people, supporting a team and helping a new clinic thrive.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead the front-office patient experience
- Support daily clinic operations and team communication
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments
- Assist with treatment presentation and case acceptance
- Manage reports and administrative workflows
- Support practice growth and patient retention initiatives
- Help create a welcoming and professional environment for patients and team members
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Dental Receptionist Course with Certificate
- Minimum 1 year of dental administration experience preferred
- Experience using dental practice management software (Tracker experience is considered a strong asset)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Leadership experience or demonstrated leadership qualities
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Positive attitude and genuine passion for patient care

Pay: $32.00-$43.00 per hour
