What You’ll Do:
- Serve premium ice cream with precision, speed, and consistency
- Create a welcoming, high-end customer experience from start to finish
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workspace
- Handle busy rushes with confidence and professionalism
- Prepare sundaes, drinks, and specialty items to our standards
- Support your team. No standing around, everyone contributes
- Communicate clearly with team members and management
