We are seeking a motivated and organized Warehouse Lead & Display Installer to join our growing team. The successful candidate will oversee daily warehouse operations while supporting the installation and dismantling of custom displays, kiosks, and exhibits. This role requires strong leadership, inventory management, logistics coordination, and hands-on installation experience in a fast-paced environment.
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory counts and reconciliations.
Optimize warehouse layout and storage to improve operational efficiency.
Coordinate logistics and transportation of products to customer locations and event sites.
Collaborate with project coordinators, production teams, and management to ensure timely project execution.
Monitor warehouse performance and implement process improvements.
Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and operational issues.
Assemble, install, dismantle, and maintain custom displays, exhibits, kiosks, and related structures as required.
Operate forklifts, reach trucks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
Use hand and power tools to complete installation and maintenance tasks.
Perform facility maintenance and assist with production activities when needed.
Maintain professional communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, based on project requirements.
Minimum 3 years of warehouse experience.
Minimum 2 years of commercial truck driving experience.
Valid Class G driver's license with a clean driving abstract.
Experience operating forklifts and reach trucks.
Ability to drive trucks up to 5-ton capacity.
Strong inventory management and warehouse organization skills.
Experience working with wood, metal, and other construction materials.
Proficiency using hand and power tools.
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in a physically demanding environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
