Job Title: Dental Assistant – Fun, Fast-Paced Team (Four-Day Week + Alternate Saturdays)

Compensation: $26.00–$31.00/hour + Monthly Bonus Structure

Our clinic hours for this position are:
- Monday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Wednesday: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 9:00AM- 3:00PM
- Saturday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Alternating weeks)
What You Will Do
- Chairside Synergy: Work in flawless coordination with the dentist across all aspects of dentistry.
- Patient Engagement: Comfortably and confidently discuss treatment plans, options, and post-op care with patients.
- Digital Workflows: Utilize ClearDent and Tracker dental software daily for charting and clinical workflows.
- Flow Management: Excel in a fast-paced environment by anticipating clinical needs and keeping columns running smoothly.
