Sr. Project Coordinator
As our professional services firm continues to grow rapidly, we are seeking an exceptional, highly organized and motivated Sr. Project Coordinator to become a key part of our operations team - to lead, oversee, track and manage a large variety of internally defined projects within our organization. The Sr. Project Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in the planning, supervision and execution of a variety of critical operational projects. The Sr. Project Coordinator will assist the Executives and Leadership Team with project administration, communication and implementation. This is a dynamic, in-person hands-on role for a highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, project-based environment and who also enjoys being deeply involved in the operations of a company that is growing at exponential rates. This role requires superior communication skills, professional acumen, and a keen sense of time management in order to ensure that projects are completed on time and within scope.
Overview / Summary
- Job Type: Full-time Contract (12 Months)
- Years of Experience: 2-5 years
- Education Level: Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field.
- Reports To: Managing Director, Administration & Operations
- Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shift): No weekends
- Work Location: In person BCG Office (920 The East Mall, Etobicoke)
- Salary: $65K-75K
- Start Date: July 02, 2026
Responsibilities:
- Lead project planning sessions to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Study and update a large variety of internally defined projects.
- Assign and monitor projects within the organization.
- Develop and manage communication(s) and other initiatives that will advance project goals and objectives.
- Mentor team members that are assigned to projects.
- Manage and maintain project-related documents and internal records.
- Coordinate across the organization in order to ensure all aspects of each project are aligned and executed efficiently.
- Support project activities and organize meetings with appropriate parties to facilitate the achievement of defined objectives.
- Ensure appropriate mechanisms are in place for the optimal project delivery.
- Track and monitor project progress against scheduled milestones and report status to team/stakeholders including forecasts and delivery updates.
- Conduct regular status meetings with stakeholders to communicate project updates and address any concerns.
- Oversee the preparation of detailed and timely project updates and reports.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a recognized bachelor’s degree.
- A minimum of 2-5 years’ project coordination experience.
- Experience coordinating multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Possesses or is actively pursuing a recognized Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, including Microsoft Project (Project Plan), Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Pay: $65,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
