Are you a reliable, customer-focused professional who enjoys working independently? The Holiday Inn Express & Suites Fredericton is looking for a Part-Time Night Auditor to join our award-winning team!
This is an excellent opportunity to work at our newly renovated hotel and play an important role in ensuring our guests receive exceptional service throughout the night.
Position Details
- Part-Time
- Friday & Saturday nights
- 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- 16 hours per week
- Must be available to work both scheduled overnight shifts
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs and reservations
- Answer telephone inquiries and respond to guest requests
- Complete nightly audit procedures and balance daily transactions
- Prepare reports and complete required administrative duties
- Maintain accurate records and follow hotel policies and procedures
- Handle guest concerns professionally and efficiently
- Monitor the hotel throughout the overnight shift and respond appropriately to any issues
- Help ensure the lobby and front desk areas remain clean, organized and welcoming
- Work independently while maintaining a high level of service and attention to detail
The Ideal Candidate
- Has excellent customer service and communication skills
- Is dependable, responsible and punctual
- Is comfortable working independently overnight
- Has strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Is able to multitask and remain calm in a busy environment
- Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience is an asset, but training will be provided
- Experience with hotel property management systems is an asset
