This position plays a crucial role in supporting various projects and ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and safely. Laborers will work in a dynamic environment, contributing to the overall success of our operations while gaining valuable experience in the field.
Duties
- Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and ship outgoing orders
- Assemble products requiring assembly (on-the-job training provided)
- Assist customers with product inquiries and order pickups
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Help receive and stock incoming inventory
- Operate basic warehouse equipment (training provided)
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily goals
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment is preferred but not required.
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to following safety guidelines on the job site.
- Willingness to learn new skills and take on additional responsibilities as needed.
