Weaver Group Ltd. is hiring Pipeline Reclamation Labourers to support environmental restoration work in the Burns Lake, Houston, Terrace and Kitimat areas.
If you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of a hardworking team, this is a great opportunity to gain experience in the pipeline and reclamation industry.
What You'll Be Doing
- Perform pipeline reclamation and restoration activities
- Spread topsoil and organic material
- Seed, mulch, and assist with vegetation restoration
- Install erosion and sediment control measures
- Remove rocks, debris, and construction materials
- Operate hand tools and small powered equipment
- Safely operate UTVs/ATVs (training provided)
- Maintain clean and organized work areas
- Participate in daily safety meetings
- Follow all company, client, and environmental requirements
What We're Looking For
Required
- Standard First Aid with CPR
- Physically fit and able to perform demanding outdoor work
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely in a team environment
Assets
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Experience in pipeline, construction, forestry, landscaping, or reclamation
- Experience operating UTVs or ATVs
Working Conditions
- Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Physically demanding work
- Seasonal full-time employment
- Overtime available as required
- Travel to project sites may be required
