We are looking for a Director of Business Development & Operations - Atlantic to join our growing team!

The Director of Business Development & Operations - Atlantic is responsible for driving growth in order to expand our presence across Atlantic Canada. This position will work closely with our leadership team and key referral sources. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development. We are looking for a dynamic leader who has the ability to build strong relationships and amplify our presence in existing and new markets.

Responsibilities:
- Government Relations: Builds strong relationships with government and community organizations.
- Business Development: Design and implement effective client acquisition strategies to achieve targets.
- Team Leadership: Lead and coach managers to achieve growth targets while providing responsive, consistent care to clients.
- Performance: Monitor and report on KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in driving significant revenue growth through sales strategies, market expansion and customer success initiatives.
- 5+ years of experience in sales and business development.
- 3+ years of leadership experience in team management.
- Ability to analyze complex situations, make sound decisions and find creative solutions.
- Experience leading teams through periods of growth or transition.
- Bias towards action.
- Bilingualism is an asset.
- Candidates must reside in New Brunswick or Nova Scotia.
