Join Our Team in the Heart of Muskoka
Bickley Ford is Huntsville's hometown Ford dealership, proudly serving customers throughout the Muskokas — from Port Sydney and Dwight to Dorset and the Almaguin Highlands. We're a smaller, close-knit dealership where you'll know your teammates by name, build lasting relationships with repeat customers, and actually make an impact — not just be another number on a sales board.

What You'll Do
- Greet and guide customers through the new and pre-owned Ford buying experience, from the F-150 and Super Duty lineup to the Escape, Maverick, Bronco Sport, and Mustang
- Understand each customer's needs and match them with the right vehicle and financing options
- Build long-term relationships with customers across the Muskoka region — many of whom will come back to you for their next vehicle
- Stay current on Ford promotions, incentives, and new model features
- Work closely with our finance and service teams to deliver a smooth, honest buying experience from test drive to delivery
- Follow up with leads and past customers to keep the relationship going long after the sale
What We're Looking For
- A genuine people-person with strong communication skills
- Previous sales experience is an asset, but a great attitude and willingness to learn matter just as much
- Valid Ontario driver's license in good standing
- Comfortable with basic computer/CRM use
- Someone who takes pride in doing right by the customer, not just closing the deal
- Automotive sales experience or product knowledge is a bonus, but not required

Pay: $65,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
