Seasonal (June through November) | $28/hour
DIY Court Canada and Court Surface Specialists are looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse Associate to manage daily warehouse operations, safety, organization and keep our crews fully prepared.
This is a physical, fast-paced role that requires someone who takes ownership, stays organized, and isn’t afraid of hard work.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shipping & receiving.
- Order picking and staging materials ensuring accuracy.
- Preparing Pallets for shipping, securing product with pallet wrap and/ or pallet straps
- Prepare supplies for DIY Court Canada and CSS crews
- Responsible for conducting inventory checks immediately upon receiving shipments.
- Load and unload trucks safely
- Operate a forklift safely with following stacking best practices.
- Perform heavy lifting (up to 150 lbs when required)
- Daily warehouse cleaning schedule and maintenance.
- Coordinating facility and equipment repairs with proper resources.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse.
- Coordinate hazardous waste pickup and ensure skids are wrapped and ready for loading.
- Directing other employees on best warehouse practices in regards to organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Follow company safety standards (COR compliant)
Schedule
- June through August 5:30 AM start time
- September through October 6:30 AM start time.
- November through March 8:00 AM start time
- Typical day ends around 4:00 PM (varies by workload)
- Occasional travel or site support may be required
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable with physical work and heavy lifting
- Extensive Forklift experience with counter-balance forklift
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Able to work independently without constant supervision
- Team-oriented mindset but able to direct other employees.
Compensation
- $28 per hour
- Full-Time with overtime in season (April through October) with reduced hours in offseason (November through March)
