Equipment Manager

Position Overview:
As Equipment Manager at Extra Ed, you will play a vital role in the functioning of our organization. You will be responsible for supplying and equipping our roster of instructional staff and wide array of programming.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Inventory and Tracking
Purchasing and Delivery
Warehouse Management
- Equipping staff for upcoming programs
- Equipping substitutes as needed
- Equipping staff when they run out of consumables
- Collecting equipment for clubs ending
- Inventory and tracking
- Purchasing supplies
- Mailing out welcome kits to staff
- Submitting receipts and expense reports
- Ipad repairs
- Warehouse organization
- Payroll for staff helping in warehouse or helping with equipment needs
Requirements:
- Independent transportation - must have a vehicle
- Previous experience in education for school-age students or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience with equipment or warehouse management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficient in using office software, including word processing, spreadsheet, and email tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Passion for education, empowerment, and making a positive impact on the lives of young minds.

Pay: $3,500.00-$4,000.00 per month
