We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product information. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and problem-solving skills, be able to work independently and in a team environment, and have a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the database.
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests in accordance with established procedures.
- Research required information using available resources.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate personnel.
- Greeting customers and directing them to available technicians.
- Consulting with mechanics regarding necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive repairs.
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
Requirements and skills
- Proven work experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry or similar role
- A strong understanding of automotive technology and the automotive industry
- Proficiency with industry-specific software
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and communication expertise
- Strong organizational, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Relevant training and/or certifications as a Service Advisor
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00-$24.20 per hour
Expected hours: 44.0 per week
