Objective
Responsible to assign duties and monitoring field progress, ensuring schedule and budget are closely monitored and met. He/ she is responsible to ensure field team members are qualified and knowledgeable within their roles and organizing the work flow accordingly. Maintains healthy working relations with clients, field team members and fellow trades.
To contribute to providing a 13/10 experience for our current and prospective clients.
Responsibilities
· Problem solve and implement solutions for on-site issues.
· Assign field team to site scopes based on skill set and aptitude to achieve the highest on-site efficiency.
· Lead field team responsibly and respectfully, while instilling the values and vision of Maison Exteriors
· Communicate foreseeable problems while proactively problem solving
· Ensure safety perimeters are taught and followed by the field team
· Be present for weekly progress and project goal setting meeting with the management team
· Work closely and communicate with Project Manager throughout the lifetime of the project
· Keeps extensive knowledge of field team progress of each job on a daily and overall level.
· Work with PM to develop work back schedules and utilize these schedules in the field to ensure project finishes on time.
· If the schedule is falling, provide solutions in the workflow to increase field efficiency

Provides clear material take-off for ordering and delivery in a timely manner so the workflow can continue while materials areon order.
· Ensure Maison Exteriors has a constructive presence for trade meetings.
· To know extensively our shop details.
· Utilize Procore is the main source of project management software on a daily bases
· Ensuring on-site paperwork is being completed during site walk through.
· Ensuring a high level of quality control is met, could mean training and mentor-ship is required for field team members.
· Assisting with conducting the performance review. Providing constructive feedback for performance reviews.
· Help aid to ensure tools and assets are being maintained and safely stored.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $36.00-$45.00 per hour

- Vancouver, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- siding installation: 5 years (required)
- field management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence (required)
