The Automobile washer washes clean and refurbishes new and previously owned vehicles. She/he applies the appropriate aesthetic treatments to prepare new and previously owned vehicles for delivery as well as for detailing customer vehicles.
Core Accountabilities
- Other duties as assigned
- Performs a variety of vehicle cleaning tasks such as (but not limited to) washing, polishing, buffing, interior cleaning, and window cleaning.
- Cleans upholstery, rugs, and other surfaces, using cleaning agents, applicators, and cleaning devices.
- Inspects quality of work to ensure customer satisfaction
- Recording customer concerns and passing them on to the correct contact person
- Supporting colleagues as required (i.e. standing in during absences)
- Adherence to all PCNT Health and Safety requirements
- Taking part in projects as assigned
Basic qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid and current Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Experience as an auto detailer
- Ability to maintain a good driving record
- People are focused and passionate about providing great customer service
- Excellent Attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills
