Smile Elements Orthodontics is seeking a full-time Dental administrator to join our busy practice located in NW Calgary. Our ideal candidate must be detail oriented, friendly, efficient, and will thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic patient-centered environment. A minimum of 1 year experience as a dental administrator or assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate administrative functions within the office
- Greet and assist patients, and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule and reschedule appointments as needed
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintain patient records and ensure accuracy of information
- Process insurance claims and verify patient insurance coverage and update patients ledgers
- Handle billing and payment transactions
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office supplies
- Perform general office duties
- Detail oriented paperwork, and information processing
Experience:
- Previous experience working in a dental setting is preferred
- Strong administrative skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple phone lines
