Job Title: Process Reliability Technologist
Location: 70 Dickinson Dr, Ingleside, ON K0C 1M0
Hours: 8-4 Monday through Friday with the need to cover shifts if shorthanded
Pay: Hourly - $45.02 (weekend and night premiums)

General Accountability:
The Reliability Technologist will build long-term working relationships while working collaboratively in a team environment with both internal and external stakeholders
The Reliability Technologist will be a thought-provoking leader, a trusted advisor, and a problem solver.
The Reliability Technologist will work closely with the maintenance team to develop and implement preventative and predictive maintenance plans. With the common goal of improve equipment efficiency and reducing downtime.
The Reliability Technologist will monitor and track maintenance key performance indicators (KPIs)
The Reliability Technologist will be responsible for creating technical documents and training the maintenance team on execution.
The candidate must also be self-directed and autonomous.
Job Requirements:
The Reliability Technologist will lead the follow activities
· CBM (Condition based monitoring) Champion
o Vibration Analysis
o Oil Analysis
o Infrared Thermography
o Ultrasonics
o Operational Performance Data
The Reliability Technologist core duties will include
· Reference OEM literature & implement recommended maintenance procedures
· Utilize SAP to implement and maintain all maintenance plans.
o Assist with the SAP planning process.
o Utilize SAP to order parts and materials.
o Equipment updates
o Bill of material updates
· Update, and maintain equipment and facility drawing
· Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical problems on your own, with maintenance, with production team members, and resolve the issue.
· Strong knowledge of Allen Bradley PLC and Strong hold on the Allen Bradley coding.
· Be involved in equipment modification request, and design changes and Programming changes.
· Participate in engineering project teams and complete project work as assigned. Provide mechanical expertise to the project team when required.
· Follow safety procedures. Ensure that contractors and manufacturer representatives follow all safety procedures.
· Manage contractors
· Perform other duties as assigned.
The Reliability Technologist will work in collaboration with the maintenance supervisor on the follow activities
· Department downtime data analysis
· RCM (Reliability centered maintenance)
· RCFA (Root cause failure analysis)
· MTBF (Meantime between failure)
· MTTR (Meantime to repair)
· FMEA (Failure mode & effects analysis)
· PM & PdM Maintenance plan development and implementation
· Implement best practices
Education:
- Completion of 3-year Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering Technologist minimum requirement or Mechanical engineer
