We're seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join us and help penetrate the enterprise market, making OVOU a recognized brand among organizations in the US and Canada.
Role Overview:
We're looking for a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. You'll manage your time effectively, generate and follow up on leads, conduct demos, and close deals. Acting as a trusted consultant to professionals in a wide range of industries looking for a digital business card solution for their external facing teams. This role offers the opportunity to influence our sales strategy and grow alongside the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify leads through various channels.
- Conduct engaging product demos and presentations.
- Understand the customer needs to provide tailored solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently.
- Coordinate initial onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.
- Assist with account setup and coordinate with fulfillment for timely delivery.
- Introduce customers to our Success/CX team for ongoing support.
- Maintain and update records in Zoho CRM.
- Stay updated on industry trends and upcoming events.
- Attend events in both the US and Canada.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams.
- Continuously educate yourself on our products and features.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
- Preferred: At least 1 year in SaaS sales.
- Proven ability to self-manage and stay motivated.
- Proficient with technology and various tools.
- Experience with CRM software; experience with Zoho CRM is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Positive energy and a personable demeanor.
- Committed to a career in sales.
- Ability to travel outside of Canada.
