Accounting & Assurance Manager to join their team. Reporting to the firm's leadership team, the Accounting & Assurance Manager will play a key role in managing client engagements, reviewing assurance and accounting work, and collaborating closely with tax professionals and other internal stakeholders. This opportunity is ideal for a
CPA-designated professional with a strong public accounting background who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and contributing to the success of a growing practice.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and review accounting and assurance engagements for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Review financial statements, working papers, and related engagement documentation
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with internal tax professionals and other service teams to support client needs
- Manage engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and technical guidance to junior team members where applicable
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Support business development initiatives and contribute to the continued growth of the practice
- Ensure engagements are completed in compliance with professional standards and firm policies
Qualifications:
- CPA designation is required
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Strong accounting and assurance background with experience managing client engagements
- Strong communication, leadership, and relationship management skills
