We are looking for a motivated B2B Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Development Representative to help us contact potential business customers, qualify leads, and book appointments for our sales team.
Responsibilities
- Contact potential B2B customers by phone, email, and LinkedIn
- Introduce our company, products, and solutions to new prospects
- Qualify leads and identify customer needs
- Book appointments or meetings for outside sales / account managers
- Follow up with leads from trade shows, websites, campaigns, and company lists
- Maintain accurate notes and activity records in CRM
- Support sales campaigns for dealers, installers, property managers, warehouses, self-storage businesses, and other commercial customers
- Work with the sales team to improve scripts, email templates, and lead quality
- Provide weekly activity reports, including calls, emails, appointments booked, and qualified opportunities
Requirements
- Previous experience in appointment setting, inside sales, telemarketing, customer service, or B2B sales is preferred
- Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with business customers
- Strong communication skills in English
- Organized, reliable, and able to follow up consistently
- Basic computer skills, including email, Excel, CRM, and web research
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn technical products
- Experience in security, CCTV, access control, IT, telecom, AV, or distribution is an asset but not required
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling or promoting products to dealers, contractors, installers, or commercial customers
- Familiarity with CRM tools
- Ability to research companies and identify decision-makers
