We are a fast-casual, made from scratch kitchen focused on high-quality, fresh food made daily. We are looking for a reliable, fast-moving Kitchen helper & Cook.

This role is hands-on and essential to our daily service. You will be responsible for preparing ingredients, building salads, panini, pastas and helping ensure orders go out quickly, consistently, and at a high standard.
Responsibilities
- Prep fresh ingredients daily according to recipes and standards
- Work the salad/pasta station during service (building orders quickly and accurately)
- Ensure consistency, portioning, and presentation of all menu items
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
- Support timely flow of orders during busy service periods
- Communicate with kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
What we’re looking for
- Experience in a kitchen, prep role, café, or fast-paced food environment preferred
- Strong sense of urgency and ability to work efficiently during busy periods
- Ability to follow recipes and systems consistently
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and improve quickly
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
