WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR EXPERIENCED RETAIL MANAGEMENT!
Our Retail Management team is responsible for the day-to-day supervision and management of all store activities to achieve increasing store profitability.
- Achieving store's planned sales goals through the promotion of sales and customer service programs;
- Selecting, training, developing, disciplining, supervising, and retaining qualified store associates;
- Implementing Company-directed visual presentation strategies in a timely manner, while understanding the concepts of visual presentation;
- Effectively leading the staff, while creating a positive work environment;
- Ensuring standards for quality customer service are met;
- Directing the operational activities of the store to comply with Company policies and procedures;
- Properly performing ear piercing procedures.
- Promoting a positive Company/store image through the development of good community relations.
