We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Advisor to join our dynamic team Must be 19 or older . In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting products that best meet their needs. Duties
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
- Provide detailed information about product features, benefits, and pricing.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
- Stay informed about new products, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must have vaping product knowledge
