Overview
Join our dynamic team as a Well Drillers Assistant and be a vital part of our drilling operations! In this energetic role, you will support experienced drillers by assisting with heavy equipment operation, site preparation, and ensuring safety protocols are followed. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on construction experience while working with a variety of heavy machinery. Your contribution will help drive successful projects in infrastructure development, water well installation.
Duties
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of drilling sites, ensuring all safety measures are in Support.
- Assist with the transportation and delivery of materials using commercial driving skills are a necessary.
- Support the drill crew by preparing tools, supplies, and materials required for daily operations
- Follow safety protocols diligently during all phases of drilling and construction activities
- Perform routine inspections on equipment to identify mechanical issues early and report them promptly
Requirements
- Mechanical knowledge related to heavy machinery.
- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
- Strong work ethic with a focus on safety and teamwork
- Physical stamina to perform manual tasks in various weather conditions
- Basic understanding of construction site protocols and safety standards
