Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Handyman/Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. While we are willing to provide training, applicants must have their own tools and a reliable vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of tasks including painting, flooring installation, drywall repair, cabinet installation and repair, countertop installation, light plumbing work, and other carpentry services.
- Inspect and assess project sites to determine necessary materials and tools needed for the job.
- Complete projects within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in carpentry, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
