About the Role
We are looking for an energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Restaurant Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will lead daily restaurant operations, support and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high food quality and cleanliness standards. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support front-of-house and kitchen staff during each shift.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Maintain food quality, cleanliness, and food safety standards.
- Train and coach new employees.
- Assist with scheduling and shift management.
- Monitor inventory and communicate supply needs.
- Handle cash, process payments, and operate the POS system.
- Ensure opening and closing procedures are completed properly.
- Lead by example and promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
Qualifications
- 1 year of restaurant supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Experience using a POS system is an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
