Key Qualifications
Depending on the position, candidates should have:
- Relevant civil construction experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Valid driver’s licence where required
- Experience with equipment operation, material hauling, pipe installation, crew supervision, mechanical repairs, or traffic control, as applicable
- Valid flagger certification for Traffic Control positions
Required for All Positions
- CSA-approved safety boots
- High-visibility clothing
- Hard hat
- Strong spoken and written English
- Ability to work safely, reliably, and as part of a team
