Property Enhancement Crew Member

We specialize in Commercial, Industrial, and Multi-Residential properties throughout Guelph, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Cambridge. Our Property Enhancement team focuses on upgrades and improvements — the projects that completely change how a property looks and feels.
This is a full-time, year-round position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, staying active outdoors, and seeing the results of their effort immediately.
The Role
As a Property Enhancement Labourer, you’ll work on projects that improve and upgrade properties — from fresh mulch installations to full garden transformations.
This is fast-paced, physical work for someone who likes being part of a crew that builds something they can be proud of.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Mulch installation and bed redefining
- Planting trees, shrubs, and seasonal material
- River rock placement and garden upgrades
- Sod installation
- Tree and shrub removal
- Assisting with garden makeovers and property improvements
- Loading and preparing tools and materials for each job
- Operating landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintaining clean, professional job sites
You’ll work closely with the Property Enhancement Supervisor and crew to complete projects efficiently and to a high standard.
What We’re Looking For
- Landscaping or property enhancement experience is an asset — but we’re willing to train the right person
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and working outdoors
- Detail-oriented and takes pride in quality work
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working in various weather conditions
- Valid G driver’s license is an asset
