We are looking for a strong, detail-oriented team member to support fabric cutting, hardware assembly, and day-to-day workshop operations. This role is essential to preparing accurate, well-cut fabric pieces and properly assembled components before they move to production.
You will be responsible for cutting fabric according to measurements and procedures, installing metal snaps on bags and pockets, and helping receive and carry in materials coming in from suppliers. You will support the production team with various workshop tasks, helping keep operations running smoothly and efficiently.
Pay: $20/hour. Full-time position.

Qualifications:
- High level of English (able to read, understand, and follow written instructions; strong spoken communication required).
- Physical demands: able to stand for most of the shift, and to lift, carry, and handle materials such as fabric rolls and boxes, and operate a snap press.
- Strong attention to detail, including basic calculations to maximize fabric utilization and minimize waste.
-Ability to follow procedures and instructions precisely and consistently.
- Organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
