Responsibilities:
- Assist pharmacists in accurate and efficient medication dispensing.
- Provide outstanding customer service and assist with inquiries.
- Manage inventory, stock shelves, and handle supply orders.
- Prepare and package medications for delivery.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Process prescriptions using pharmacy software.
- Complete administrative tasks, including answering phones and managing patient records.
- Support clinical services and health screenings provided by the pharmacy.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with pharmacy operations and medication dispensing.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with pharmacy software and computer systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus.
