Due to continued growth, we are seeking motivated and professional Sales Representatives to join our team.
About the Role
As a Sales Representative, you will help homeowners make informed decisions about replacement windows and doors. You will meet with prospective customers, prepare accurate quotations, follow up on opportunities, and guide clients through the purchasing process from initial enquiry to signed contract.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to assess their window and door requirements.
- Conduct in-home consultations and showroom appointments.
- Prepare professional quotations using company software.
- Explain product features, benefits, energy efficiency, warranties, and installation processes.
- Follow up on quotations and sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the company CRM system.
- Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators.
- Participate in sales meetings, product training, and continuous professional development.
- Represent Nova Doors and Windows with professionalism and integrity.
- Coordinate effectively with administration, installation, and production teams to ensure an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications
The successful candidate will ideally possess:
- Previous sales experience (home improvement, construction, building products, or related industries preferred).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent customer service abilities.
- Confidence presenting products and closing sales.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn CRM software.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivation with the ability to work independently.
- A valid Nova Scotia driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Evening and occasional weekend availability to accommodate customer appointments.
