We are seeking reliable and compassionate Female Home Care Support Workers to assist clients in 51 Prominence Path Southwest. This role focuses on helping seniors and individuals remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
We are hoping to hire 2 or 3 care workers who can cover the following schedule:
Monday: 10 to 3 PM and 10 to 11 PM
Tuesday : 10 to 12 PM and 9:30 to 11 PM
Wednesday: 7:30 to 8:30 AM and 10 to 11 PM
Thursday: 10 to 3 PM and 10 to 11 PM
Friday: 10 to 12 PM and 9:30 to 11 PM
Saturday: 10 to 11 AM and 10 to 11 PM
Sunday: 10 to 11 AM and 10 to 11 PM
Ideally, we would like to hire one care worker to cover the morning and afternoon shifts and one care worker who can cover the evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Medication reminders (no administration)
- Companionship and emotional support
- Accurate documentation of care provided
Qualifications
- Previous home care, healthcare aide, or caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Criminal record check (required)
- CPR/First Aid certification (required)
