Reporting to the Geology General Supervisor, you will be part of the Geology Department. You will lead the development and stewardship of the geological resource model and associated data systems for the Upper Beaver Project. You will play a key role in the development, compliance, and evolution of geological models and resources estimates. You are curious, methodical and a strong communicator.
This role establishes the resource geology function from the ground up—building processes, teams, and tools to deliver reliable models, grade control frameworks, and reconciliation practices that support the transition from exploration to production. You will oversee database management, QAQC, 3D modelling, interpolation, geometallurgy to produce high‑quality mineral resources using industry best practices. You will collaborate with other teams to integrate models into mine design, scheduling and metal accounting. You will also guide multidisciplinary teams in understanding the geological context of the Upper Beaver deposit. The role is both strategic and hands‑on, ensuring that resource definitions are decision‑ready for mine planning and operational control.
Proficiency with the following software: Datamine (Studio RM), Leapfrog Geo, Deswik, and Fusion (DHLogger);
Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office software, especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
Schedule: 5/2 schedule, at our Upper Beaver mine site, located in Dobie, ON. A combination of tele-working with presence at site once a month or as required.

Compensation Statement
In accordance with applicable legislation, the expected compensation includes base salary and potential bonus opportunity. Your individual pay will reflect your skills and experience while remaining competitive with the local market.
Minimum Salary : $122,000CAD Maximum Salary : $161,000CAD
