What You Will Do

The primary function of the Internet Fulfillment Coordinator is to ensure internet orders are fulfilled. This includes training associates, checking the status of internet orders, and addressing any order issues.
The Internet Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for providing excellent customer service by greeting customers, fulfilling customer requests, identifying customer needs, and handling customer concerns.
The Internet Fulfillment Coordinator is expected to keep management informed of internet orders to be processed, execute daily assigned tasks, and maintain product and system knowledge.
The Internet Fulfillment Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining a safe and secure work environment by conducting daily safety reviews, noting hazards, keeping store areas clean and organized, and monitoring for potential theft or security risks.
The Internet Fulfillment Coordinator operates store equipment and supports other departments as needed. Lastly, the Internet Fulfillment Coordinator is responsible for completing all other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For
Requires morning, afternoon, and evening availability any day of the week. Required to work a schedule as determined by sales, customer, and business needs, but
may be changed by store management based on the needs of the store. Physical ability to move large, bulky and/or heavy merchandise. Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.

What You Need To Succeed

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience with computer and web-based systems (e.g., email, web based applications, delivery/scheduling systems, online ordering systems, training).
  • Experience inputting, accessing, modifying or outputting information.
  • Ability to read, write and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
Preferred Qualifications
  • 1 year retail experience providing customer service, including
identifying and resolving customer issues, assisting customers in locating product, greeting customers,
answering phones, building relationships with customers, and thanking customers for their business.
  • 1 year retail merchandising experience, including performing Zone Recovery, stocking, downstocking, facing/fronting product, pricing, maintaining signage, and
housekeeping.
  • 1 year retail experience in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden).
  • 1 year experience in a customer service position at other home improvement or hardware retailer in related department (e.g., kitchen, plumbing, electrical, l
awn and garden).
