Forum Law LLP is a general practice law firm with offices in Edmonton and Calgary who prides itself in providing high quality legal services. We are seeking associate lawyers for our civil litigation and family law departments with 3 to 5 years' experience.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in civil litigation and family law.
- Draft and review legal documents, contracts, agreements, pleadings, and other legal correspondence.
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings.
- Collaborate with colleagues and legal professionals to develop effective legal strategies and solutions.
- Conduct legal research and analysis on a wide range of issues pertaining to Alberta laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files, records, and documentation.
- Stay informed about changes in legislation, legal trends, and precedents relevant to Alberta jurisdiction.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing personalized attention and exceptional service.
- Uphold ethical standards and professional integrity in all aspects of practice.
Requirements:
- Degree from an accredited law school.
- Active member of the Law Society of Alberta as a practicing lawyer in good standing.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience practicing law, with a focus on in civil litigation and/or family law.
- Strong knowledge of Alberta laws, regulations, and court procedures.
- Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Demonstrated commitment to professionalism, integrity, and client advocacy.
