Countertop Installation Workers – Hiring 2 Positions
Alpha Countertops is looking for 2 hardworking and reliable individuals to join our team as Countertop Installation Workers.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist with countertop installation at residential and commercial sites
- Lift, carry, and safely handle heavy countertops and materials
- Assist with preparation, installation, and finishing work
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work as part of a team and follow instructions carefully
Requirements
- Physically strong and able to perform heavy lifting — this is a physically demanding job
- Previous construction, countertop, renovation, or installation experience is an asset
- Training will be provided to motivated candidates
- Reliable, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Valid work permit required
Compensation & Opportunity
- Starting pay based on experience
- Entry-level applicants will start at a basic rate, with opportunities for increases based on experience, skills, performance, and leadership ability
- Opportunity to grow into a senior/lead installer role
- We can assist with PR-related paperwork/support for eligible employees
