How your role will add to the story:
We are looking for a seasoned, tech-savvy, work from home specialist to support our connected vehicle technology. You have a keen interest in the latest technology, in particular, EQ concepts. You will support incoming calls from the 1-800 Mercedes me connect line and provide a superior level of service to our customers. You will report directly to the team lead. You will also work closely with the MB Canada Customer Assistance team, ChargePoint, the Customer Assistance team in Maastricht (NL), Mmc Retailer Support Specialist and MB Canada Technical Assistance Services team.

This is contract role.

A day in the life:
On most days you will answer incoming calls from the 1-800 Mercedes me connect line as well as emails and correspondence. This may include assisting our dealers. You may also be involved in researching technical complaints.
Some days you will answer incoming calls from the 1-800 Customer Assistance line as well as inquiries received via email during peak volumes.
You will also be responsible for reviewing and monitoring open cases to ensure that issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner.

Mercedes-Benz Fan skills, requirements & traits:
Bilingual - Must be fluent in both English and French
Minimum 2 years customer service experience with a track record of effective issue resolution within a contact centre environment
Independent worker with previous work from home experience
Ability to meet the needs of a discerning and diverse client base
Keen interest in the automotive industry as it relates to trends in technology
Work from home proximity requirement within 100km of Head Office location
Bold, innovative and enjoy challenging yourself
Honest and professional , a strong team player
Big picture thinker, go-getter, self-starter
