About the Role:
We are seeking skilled and hardworking individuals to join our construction team as part of the Siding, Soffit, Fascia, and Eaves Installation Crew. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining exterior siding, soffits, fascia, and eaves on residential and commercial buildings. The ideal candidate will have experience with these installations, a strong work ethic, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install siding (vinyl, wood, aluminum, fiber cement, etc.) on building exteriors.
- Measure, cut, and install soffit and fascia to ensure proper ventilation and aesthetics.
- Install eaves and gutters, ensuring proper drainage and weatherproofing.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on existing siding, soffit, fascia, and eaves.
- Read and interpret blueprints or project instructions to determine job specifications.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other equipment safely and effectively.
- Work at various heights using ladders, scaffolding, or lifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a clean and safe worksite.
- Communicate with supervisors and clients to ensure satisfaction with work performed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in siding, soffit, fascia, and eaves installation.
- Ability to work with a variety of materials (vinyl, wood, aluminum, fiber cement, etc.).
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and other construction equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights and operating lifts or scaffolding.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- OSHA certification or other safety training is a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift heavy materials and equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Ability to stand, kneel, or crouch for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in various outdoor conditions.
- Comfortable working at heights
