We have an exciting opportunity to join our Taproom team based in our unique Vankleek Hill location.
As one of our associates, you will serve guests with a positive and friendly attitude, creating a welcoming and memorable experience. Share your knowledge of our company, beer menu, and merchandise to help guests make informed decisions and get excited about our offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and serve guests in our taproom, outdoor patio and from the Beau's tap trailer. This includes the sales of dry-good (merchandise) items.
- Ensure that all guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service at all times.
- Ensure that all products are consistently served according to the brewery's serving standards.
- Process sales transactions through our POS system.
- Fill in where needed to ensure guest service standards and efficient operations.
- Restock, rotate and count inventory in the refrigerators and floor displays.
- Perform light administrative work. Answer customer concerns by telephone or email.
- Ensure that all premises are kept clean and tidy at all times
- Arrive on time for your shift and punch in and out on a consistent basis
- Be knowledgeable of the craft beer industry including the brewing process and ingredients used.
- Understand and adhere to all brewery policies, procedures, standards, specifications and guideline
- Fully understand and comply with all federal, provincial and municipal regulations that pertain to health and safety.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Previous serving experience an asset
- Have good general math skills
- Preferably bi-lingual in French and English
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Be a team player
- Be proficient in resolving conflict
- Possess a high energy level
- Be professional at all times
- Have knowledge of craft beer and the craft beer industry
- Experience in operating a POS system
- Smart Serve Certification

This is a part time position offering 1 to 2 shifts per week , approximately 11:00am to 07:00pm.
