About Golden Minds Academy
Golden Minds Academy provides a nurturing Montessori environment where children are supported in their social, cognitive, emotional, and physical development. We work closely with families to create a positive, respectful, and rewarding early-learning experience.
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly dependable, organized, and caring Child Care Cook to prepare nutritious meals and snacks for young children.
This is primarily a kitchen position. When operationally required and released from kitchen duties, the Cook may also be assigned temporary classroom-support or Early Childhood Assistant duties. Classroom support may include helping maintain required staff-to-child ratios, but only when permitted under applicable child-care regulations and centre policies.
The successful candidate will take exceptional pride in cleanliness, food safety, punctuality, and consistent attendance.
Why Dependability Matters
Children and staff rely on meals being prepared safely and on time every day. Regular attendance and punctuality are therefore essential requirements of this position. The successful candidate must be able to work the scheduled hours consistently, arrive ready to begin work, and follow the centre’s absence-notification procedures.
Golden Minds Academy respects all employment standards, protected leaves, and accommodation obligations.
