Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Registered Dental Hygienist to join our reputable dental practice. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care, perform thorough dental cleanings, and support overall oral health education. Patient care is very important to our practice. Creating a warm, welcoming, and safe space for patients and staff.
Hours: Monday - Thursday
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive dental cleanings, including scaling and polishing teeth to prevent periodontal disease.
- Take and develop dental radiographs as needed, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care.
- Assist the dentist during examinations.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Ensure a sterile environment by following infection control protocols and sterilizing instruments.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient questions and concerns professionally.
- Support the dental team with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
Experience
- Valid license as a Registered Dental Hygienist.
- Prior experience working in a dental office setting is preferred.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology relevant to dentistry.
- Excellent customer service skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
Pay: $45.00-$55.00 per hour
