Two of our executives are looking for a part time bookkeeper/ personal assistant with minimum 1-2 years office experience .
Job Type: A few times a month
Experience: * Bookkeeping: 1 year (Preferred) * Account management
· Maintain records of all personal accounts and transactions.
· Maintain and monitor all regular installments, subscription plans, insurance
· Record all credit card charges for debit and credit card.
· Office assistance as needed
Candidate must possess the following:
· Common sense
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Detail-oriented with exceptional critical thinking skills, and problem-solving approach
· Knowledge in QuickBooks or equivalent accounting software ( Simply Accounting, Fresh books or Concur)
· Languages: English, French (asset)
-Location: Montreal (downtown area); possibility of working remotely
Salary: Based on experience.
