Overview
The assembly worker is responsible for assembling parts and components in accordance with blueprint specifications, work instructions, and quality standards to support efficient manufacturing operations. This role contributes directly to the production of high-quality products by performing hands-on assembly tasks, maintaining tools and equipment, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.

Responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components according to blueprint specifications.
- Utilize small hand tools, power tools, sliding table saws and other cutting equipment to assemble components.
- Verify specifications by measuring completed component.
- Resolve component deficiencies by altering dimensions to meet specifications.
- Notify Assembly Lead Hand to obtain additional resources.
- Assemble components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Maintain equipment / tools in good condition.
- Report issues, malfunctions, or defective parts to Assembly Lead Hand.
- Maintain a clean and safe working enviroment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Prepare work to be accomplished by studying parts list and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Coordinate with assembly team members in order to assemble products.
- Disassemble, modify, and reassemble products.
- Participating in continual training and development.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Ability to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to read blueprints and drawings.
- Critical eye for identifying defects.
- Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Manual dexterity with small tools and attention to detail.

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
